Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all one-time plan purchases and on the first payment of any monthly subscription.
If you are not satisfied with your Quitly experience for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date, contact us at refunds@quitly.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at refunds@quitly.com within 30 days of your purchase
- Include the email address used at checkout
- We will process your refund within 3–5 business days
- Funds will be returned to your original payment method
You do not need to provide a reason. You do not need to complete any forms. One email is all it takes.
Monthly Subscriptions
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again.
The 30-day guarantee applies to your first payment only.
Subsequent monthly payments are non-refundable after the billing date, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.
To cancel, email support@quitly.com or use the cancellation link in any of your billing emails.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date, monthly subscription payments beyond the first payment (except where required by law), or cases of fraudulent purchase activity.
EU and UK Consumer Rights
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the digital content has not been accessed or downloaded. By proceeding with your purchase and accessing your plan, you acknowledge that the digital service has been delivered and consent to waiving the 14-day statutory cancellation right, without prejudice to our 30-day satisfaction guarantee above.
