By accessing or purchasing from Quitly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
1. Description of Service
Quitly is a digital coaching and educational platform that provides personalized smoking cessation support through AI-generated quit plans and conversational coaching delivered via email and/or WhatsApp.
Quitly is not a medical service, clinical treatment, or therapeutic intervention. Our platform provides motivational, educational, and behavioral coaching content only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use Quitly. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. User Accounts and WhatsApp Consent
To receive coaching via WhatsApp, you must provide your phone number and explicitly consent to receiving messages from Quitly. By providing your number and checking the consent box at checkout, you agree to receive automated coaching messages from our AI system.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any WhatsApp message or by contacting us at support@quitly.com.
4. Purchases and Payment
All purchases are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated based on your location. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method.
For monthly subscriptions, you will be billed automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
5. Disclaimer of Results
Individual results vary significantly. Quitly does not guarantee that you will quit smoking or achieve any specific health outcome. Success depends entirely on your personal effort, commitment, and circumstances.
Any testimonials or success stories displayed on our website represent individual experiences and are not typical results. Your experience may differ.
